This is a promo pic for Tenacious T Shirts. The actual club pic was from disco designer.com. The picture of the Tenacious T Shirts crew was worked on using the the erase tool and cutting out the background and taking the image of the people and inserting it on to the club pic.

I have cropped slightly too much from around his hair. Other than than i see nothing wrong.
